The
speaker for the one hour seminar is our National Instructor Trainer,
personally trained by Alexander
Melleby, M.S.
The
seminar will include a slide and video demonstration of segments
of the exercise program, which comprises three progressive levels of proficiency.
The final level is essentially a maintenance program. It is
extremely important that future participants of this excellent
program be monitored during the first two levels in accordance with the recommendations of Dr. Kraus.
The
seminar will also include a live demonstration of the six Kraus-Weber
tests. These six tests are used to assess strength and flexibility
of key postural muscles to evaluate minimum muscular strength and fitness,
which determines whether individuals are strong enough to manage
body weight, and flexible enough to deal with body size.
Attendees
will each be given a Kraus-Weber self-evaluation test chart
and may perform the tests in their own home, subject to their
physician's approval. The inability to complete
any one of the six Kraus-Weber tests, reveals an
underlying weakness that, for those not presently suffering
lower back pain, may soon result in a lower back problem if
not corrected.
We will train the appropriate person in your
organization or group to monitor the progress of those attendees
who wish to benefit from the program. We recommend that participants
be monitored through the first two levels - the third (maintenance)
level may then be continued in the individual's place of residence.
Any
organization that wishes to take advantage of this program to
minimize lost productivity and benefit their employees are encouraged
to book a seminar.
